Payment Schedule

Security Deposit Refund

 

Full refund at the end of the Hire Period given that there are no breakages or missing items and that the cottage and cottageGardens have been left in a clean and tidy state as per arrival (excluding normal wear and tear).

Cancellation Policy & Refunds

 

Cancellation Period Refund Terms

 

Cancellations made 8 or more weeks in advance

 

If cancelled more than 8 weeks before the first day of the agreed hire period, the hirer will be refunded any hire payments - including security deposit - minus a £35 administration/ booking fee. 

 

Cancellations made within 8 weeks of first day of Hire Period

 

If cancelled less than 8 weeks before the first day of the agreed hire period, the hirer is liable for all rental charges. 

Should we manage to re-let the Cottage, the hirer will be refunded any hire payments - including security deposit - minus a £35 administration/ booking fee. 

We advise all guests to take out holiday insurance

 

Due to the increasing number of scams, we will not refund any payments until full and final clearance by our bank. Overseas refunds will be made by bank draft minus bank charges and our administration/ booking fee.

 

This may take some months until bank has verified validity of original payment.  Under no circumstances will we accept overpayments.

 

 

Terms & Conditions

 

Securing booking

Once you contact us regarding your preferred period of stay, we send you a contract with booking contract.  This is returned to us together with your full/ part payment - as outlined in contract - as soon as possible in order to secure the booking.

 

Smoking

Strictly non-smoking.

 

Pets One pet is allowed by prior arrangement. 

Pets must be kept out of the bedrooms, off furniture and supervised at all times.  Hirers are asked to keep garden clean.
